For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used fragrance oils, body sprays, room sprays, or other fragrance products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or inaccurate, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

Refunds are issued only for:

• Items damaged during shipping
• Incorrect items sent by Oil of Joy
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Special-order fragrances requested specifically for a customer are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
